We mill turn aluminium and copper into custom manufactured heatsinks in all batch sizes.

Our modern CNC machining centres, quick set tooling and production machining experience means we can offer best value, whatever the batch size of aluminium copper heatsink machined parts.

We work with traditional 2D drawings (.pdfs, .tif, DXF or DWG files) and 3D models (.igs, .stp, parasolid, sat, sldprt, stl, and vda formats). We also work from basic customer sketches or samples.

CNC Turning Aluminium Copper Heatsinks

We have the capability to produce detailed, prototype aluminium and copper heatsinks with larger batch quantities of heatsinks if needed.

Our fully integrated CAD/CAM system, modern CNC multi axis turning centres coupled with more traditional equipment means we can offer best value in all projects.
