Aluminium CNC Milling

We mill aluminium components in aerospace and commercial grades in all batch sizes.

Our modern CNC machining centres, quick set tooling and production machining experience means we can offer best value, whatever the batch size of aluminium machined parts.

We work with traditional 2D drawings (.pdfs, .tif, DXF or DWG files) and 3D models (.igs, .stp, parasolid, sat, sldprt, stl, and vda formats). We also work from basic customer sketches or samples.

We are happy to share our many years of experience milling aluminium components to help you achieve the best results in your projects.

Aluminium CNC Turning

We have the capability to produce detailed, prototype aluminium turned parts as well as larger batch quantities of components.

Our fully integrated CAD/CAM system, modern CNC multi axis turning centres coupled with more traditional equipment means we can offer best value in all projects.
